Greetings, citizens and foreigners,
Let it be known that the Senate of Iridine hereby grants the rights of
warranting and arrest to the soldiers and officers of Legio I, those rights to
be exercised only in their own jurisdiction, for the apprehension of fugitives
who might seek sanctuary beyond the reaches of Iridine law. Let criminals take
heed, and honest citizens feel safer in their travels outside the city.
